I'm a freelance illustrator and I write & draw a four-time-a-week movie-parody webcomic called Motion Pictures that can be found at
www.MotionPicturesComics.com. (My two characters jump in and out of various movies -- it's sort of like The Last Action Hero meets Mad Magazine. Movies are mocked, but with love!)
Recently I was honored to have been included in the Jewish Comix Anthology, published by Alternative History Press. This antholology featured the work of forty Jewish artists, including Art Spiegelman, Robert Crumb, Harvey Pekar, Will Eisner, Joe Kubert, and others. I have an unabiding love of comic books and all-things sci-fi. I have watched Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan probably more times than is healthy. I think Waking Ned Devine is an under appreciated gem. The best time I ever had in a movie theatre was a midnight screening of a print of Ghostbusters, in which half the audience did all the lines along with the characters, while the other half shouted out Rocky Horror Picture Show-style jokes at the screen that were funny because of the line we all knew was coming a second later. Goo goo ka choob.
